Copying material into Eplica, all formatting intact, from word processing applications such as Microsoft Word is a snap. Eplica preserves all the key styling and layout elements (headlines, fonts, paragraphs, tables, etc.) while stripping away any code that might be problematic for a web browser.

The inline wysiwyg ("what you see is what you get") text editor is one of the key features of Eplica 2.0. With its seamless integration into the live web page, its sleek look and wealth of features, it allows users to migrate written content easily from popular word processors such as MS Word, or spreadsheet programs, such as Excel (or Open Office programs), so that it fits directly into the website's look and feel, and taking advantage of any number of styling options set up by the website's graphic designer. Its context-sensitive tools adapt to your writing intuitively. Photos and documents can be attached or placed within pages and positioned via drag-and-drop.
Web-tree management lets users drag and drop categories and pages from one place to another. By dragging a category to a new place, the whole sub-tree automatically rearranges itself accordingly.
Page component management was designed with ease of use in mind. Users interact with page components and edit their settings, directly on the live web pages. Every page-assembly function is accessible just by moving the mouse (or keyboard focus) over the respective component.
